My work spans civic technology, healthcare, and consumer platforms at Google and Amazon — with a through-line in making complex systems legible to the people who depend on them. I'm drawn to products where the design decisions carry real stakes- a clinician reading the right record at 2am, a healthcare patient navigating an unfamiliar system, an AI product earning trust over time. These projects reflect 15 years of that practice.
